The following situations will result in a refund
- If we can not unlock your device for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
- We must be notified within 3 hours of canceling your iPhone unlock order if you no longer require this service, to ensure that you are eligible for a full refund.
The following situations will not result in a refund
- If we have successfully unlocked your iPhone but you no longer require our service.
- You ordered a IMEI service from a different provider and have decided you now wish to cancel your order with us even though your iPhone unlock has already been completed.
- If you submit an incorrect IMEI number and have already started the unlock process.
- Your iPhone has been blacklisted/stolen/lost.
